Have You Always Wanted To Be In A Band????

Here's your chance!

The Monadnock New Horizons Band(MNHB) started in the Fall 2014 in Keene, NH and it's a band program for adults. You can pick up that instrument you haven't touched in decades or pick up an instrument that you've never played and learn how to play. In a few months, you and your new found band friends will play a concert for your family and friends.

Donna Morse decided to start a New Horizons band in the Monadnock region while attending a New Horizons band camp in August 2013 sponsored by a MA based New Horizons band. The motivation and talent of all the musicians at camp was inspiring. Thinking it would be a great group for the Keene area, she came home and started the process of forming a local band.

Rehearsals/classes will be twice a week for a fall semester and spring semester at Congregation Ahavis Achim in Keene.

Our Spring 2020 semester began in January 2020 but was suspended in March due to Covid-19. During the Fall 2020 band members got together and had a virtual semester. We recorded ourselves performing some music that was supposed to be performed last spring. And we made some videos to share with all of you. Enjoy!
